I am an empathetic person-centred counsellor with over 10 years of experience.

I offer a non-judgemental space to come and talk about the issues you may not want to share with those close to you. I recognise that experiencing emotional distress can be due to experiencing significant trauma outside of your own control. Or perhaps you feel like the world in general is not set up for an individual like yourself. Many factors in life can bring us down. I aim to help you understand yourself better and find a way forward despite previous difficulties or trauma.

About me and my practice

I strive to provide a calm and supportive therapy experience where you will not be blamed or judged for the difficulties you are experiencing. I will work with you at your own pace to talk through your difficulties in an emotionally safe way. I am open to working flexibly and creatively.

Experience

I qualified in 2014, since then I have worked as a full-time counsellor. I have specialised in working with sexual abuse and trauma. I have also worked with the unemployed and those disadvantaged by racial and social inequalities.

Level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling
Level 2 cyber counselling qualification
